About this Offering

Cooking is an overlooked component of eating healthy. When you cook more, you have a more balanced diet.

Cooking gives you more control. For example, you can choose the quality and quantity of the foods that you eat. You can tailor it to fit your likes and your nutritional needs.

Cooking improves your digestion by creating a better connection to your food. For example, you signal your body to produce the gastric juices needed to break down your food simply by smelling and touching the food prior to you eating it.

Cooking expands your curiosity and your palette. Your knowledge of seasonal fruits and vegetables will grow as try new recipes. Soon your creativity will flourish as you try different food combinations and new cooking methods.
