Michael is Co-Founder of Three Trees Enterprises and one of our featured Practitioners. Michael is a graduate of the Academy of Intuition Medicine (AIM) located in Sausalito, California, where he completed the Master of Intuition Medicine (MIM) Program in 2019 as a certified Intuition and Energy Medicine Practitioner. Michael is well practiced in Energy Clearing, Chakra clearing, Earth Grounding and Auric Fields. He offers energy space clearings for homeowners and commercial properties and job-related stress and, as a retired police officer himself, trauma support for first responders, veterans, and people in high stress jobs.

Though he was not searching, Hani’a “Hummingbird” Abram was unexpectedly opened to his spiritual life in 1993. Awakened to an inner Guidance, Hani’a has verified through lived experience that healing is inherent and readily available, and what is needed for healing to naturally occur are the proper conditions, so Hani’a’s approach to healing is the facilitate with the client, as best as possible, the conditions of body, feeling, and thinking by which healing naturally and readily occurs. The mediums employed by Hani’a to facilitate the conditions conducive to healing are Massage Therapy (for the body), Tibetan Sound Reiki and Shamanic energy clearing (for the feelings) and Storytelling (for the thinking).

Maria Quintana-Pilling is a functional nutrition and lifestyle practitioner, certified nutrition consultant, natural chef and founder of UrbanspiceNutrition.com. Maria is committed to helping women to thrive at work and at home.

Maria is a graduate of Functional Nutrition Alliance Full Body Systems and Bauman College. Her interest in nutrition came from her own experience with fibroids, fatigue and constipation. She provides one-on-one nutrition programs, group detoxes/programs and cooking classes. Her focus is on teaching you how to get the most nutrition from your food in easy, fun and practical ways.

Michell Hageman Kawaja studied at the Juilliard School, Coaches Training Institute, and Tamalpa Institute (for movement-based expressive arts therapy). She is a licensed Nia Technique teacher of 15+ years, an ex-professional ballerina, and has over 20 years of experience inspiring all ages through workshops and movement base classes.

Ginamaria Trello is a RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) and a CMT (Certified Massage Therapist). She attended Point Park University (Pittsburgh, PA) where she majored in dance. Gina also trained through advanced reformer at Pilates on 5th (NYC). Recently she trained in the Feldenkrais Method® at City College of San Francisco. Gina has been a professional performer since age 11, appearing on TV, film and radio. Gina has spent many years in the studio and onstage touring the USA and overseas. She has learned to stay healthy through a holistic lifestyle, yoga and bodywork and has learned to teach others through her lived experiences. Gina is also a new mom. Yay!

Thom Switzer has been teaching yoga in Marin for a number of years. He has acquired over a thousand hours of yoga training, including yoga philosophy, Asana practice, alignment, Vinyasa flow and Restoration. Thom’s classes include meditation and bhakti practice (chanting). Level 1, 2 and 3 classes are available. Thom will meet you at your level of yoga and can show you ways to enhance that.

Astrid Mackwitz is an Expressive Arts Therapist who leads both groups and private practice.

Astrid facilitated the Expressive Arts Therapy program at the Marin Cancer Center between 2007-2018.

She holds a Masters Degree in Expressive Arts Therapy from the European Graduate School in Switzerland and is a graduate of the Movement-Based Expressive Arts program at Tamalpa Institute.
